About
Folk-punk is eternal, and Kansas City's PB&TAT (you'll have to ask them what that stands for) are bringing another dose of it to us here in the capital city. Their 2025 album, King of the Ooze, espouses a lot of the values that folk-punkers have sung about for years, but even their most radical subject matter sounds like it should be common sense these days -- F the oligarchy, F technocracy, F homophobes and transphobes, just let people be. Shouldn't really be that controversial, you know?
Boy Seeking Band, KJ Teder and Not Ben Shin will be joining them.
